Our aim at Carvetii has always been to help our customers produce the best possible coffee. That is why we have introduced our All-Inclusive Servicing Package.
A simple approach to ensure all your coffee making equipment is kept in the best possible working order.

Our package costs just £190 per quarter excluding VAT, payable in advance by direct debit

You don't have to buy our coffee to benefit from this package, although we do offer additional benefits to those who use our product

Our all-inclusive package is subject to a minimum 12 month contract

Our all-inclusive package does not include calls/work carried out due to operator error, misuse, abuse or failure to operate/clean the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating instructions or any problems related to scale, or calls due to problems with onsite service provision (electric, water, etc)

We will aim to respond to and resolve all calls which involve total machine failure within 24 working hours (Mon-Fri 8am – 6pm)

Priority will be given to machines that produce no drinks.

We will aim to respond to and resolve all other calls within 72 normal working hours (Mon-Fri 8am – 6pm)
